If there was a company that deserved all the praise in the world it’s this one. For two weeks I contacted every dealership, and larger scale mechanic looking for someone to help me. To no real fault of their own they couldn’t for an extended amount of time. My husband contacted Vally Auto Glass and they told us to come by immediately. The man came out and took a look and was able to immediately diagnose the problem. He told me he may be able to fix it the same day, if not the next. I messaged them around 11 o'clock on a Thursday and they came out the next day about 1:30 and installed a new windshield in my 1993 Chevrolet 3500. I was surprised they were able to have the glass I needed that quickly. And don't get me started on the price, competitors couldn't compete. I emailed Mr. Johnson about a windshield replacement a couple of weeks ago and got a response back right away, got a quote right away told me when the windshield would be in. Quick and professional service. I filed a busted windshield claim with my insurance company due to the previous freezing weather and Valley Glass contacted me within minutes of filing the claim! They immediately scheduled a time for the following day, verified VIN number for correct install and (the best part) came to me to fix it so I didn’t have to take time out of my day. They replaced the windshield on my Explorer. High quality materials, professional installation, Competitive price. This business was very professional and quick with response + service. They came to my job and fixed it there in the parking lot. They had great communication and gave clear directions and expectations.
