Bama Auto Glass

Pretty disappointed in my experience. I chose to use BAG because of their good reviews and pricing. They were quick to respond to my email inquiry about pricing and provide a quote. We scheduled an appointment for 06/07. I told them I would be providing my work address and I was in office 8A-3P. I called twice during the day and was told both times I was still on the schedule. Around 2:40, I called for the third time and was told by the female receptionist she "wasnt sure where he was but he'd call". He did call a few minutes after that and told me he would be there at 3:45, I stated I would no longer be there and we had a baseball game to attend so I couldn't wait any longer. He offered to come Sunday, I agreed and gave him my home address. Technician stated my home address was too far (I work 15 minutes away from my home) and said Monday would be better. I agreed to Monday hopeful they would actually show up. Just called to check at 2:30PM on Monday, apparently they needed to reschedule AGAIN. They did not call or communicate needing to reschedule at all. Had I not called, they would have just no called-no showed again. Unprofessional to say the least.

They went above and beyond for me. My back windshield was busted out during the rain and it was going to continue to rain I had nowhere to store my car and he allowed me to store it somewhere safe out of the rain so my car would not continue to take in water. When picking up my car the next day the window and my mother's car would not roll up he took her door apart fixed her window and only charged me a very small amount. Chris is a wonderful person and a great businessman if I ever need any glass repairs or work done I will always continue to go to him. He's very professional he knows what he's doing and does everything he can to please his clients. I have recommended him to everyone I know and will continue to recommend him and his company everyone there was very polite and very understanding and went out of their way to help me in the situation I was in. The pricing was excellent. I could not have found a better deal anywhere else not to mention how much he helped me to get my car out of the rain.

Guys showed up as promised and made short work replacing my damaged windshield. They offered a great price and were on time. They did a great job on installation, but were severely lacking on clean up. There were tiny, sharp shards of glass inside and out. I'm well aware that there will always be bits of glass left no matter how much you try to clean. Instead of using a vacuum to clean up as much as possible, he used a small shop blower and forced glass down into the defrost vents. When I turned on my AC and defroster, I got a face full of glass. I thoroughly vacuumed out the front half of the car, a job that only took about 15 minutes. A little more attention to detail will go a long way and help prevent injuries. I will still use Bama Auto Glass because of their low price, but I will make sure to ask them to use a vacuum next time.

Chris and his staff bent over backwards for my wife and I on a recent Gorilla Glass windshield they installed on my wife's Jeep Wrangler. The Gorilla Glass was hit on Hwy 280 and cracked. Gorilla Glass windshields are supposed to come with a "two year, one time" warranty on damage but Jeep/Mopar wouldn't honor that warranty. They made us jump through numerous hoops and still wouldn't honor it. Chris and his team tried their best to help us with this issue and even went as far as waiving our $100 deductible for the inconvenience which they did not cause. I had such a great experience with Bama auto glass repair shop! From the moment I called, they were incredibly kind and professional. They scheduled me in quickly for a next day repair and the service was prompt and efficient—no long wait times or hassle. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across that level of service these days. I had Bama Auto Glass replace my Tacoma’s windshield in January 2022. I am extremely pleased with the windshield and the service I received. The guys were at my house on time and got the new windshield installed in a very timely manner. Thus far, I have had no issues with the new windshield at all. The price for the windshield/installation was also very reasonable. I recently had a regulator put in on my son 2016 Kia Optima ,guys did replace regulator but in the process cracked an outer piece on door and told me it cracked because of age and they were not liable for it I would have to purchase the part they broke but they would give me free labor. I personally don’t feel like I should have to buy a part that they cracked due to the part was perfectly fine when I brought the vehicle there, just not good business if you crack or break something replace it.

Trucker here. Loved the fine experience I had with the guys from Bama Auto Glass. The got the parts right away to take care of my windshield replacement and we met at a mutually convenient location. A season or two has passed and I now know that Chris and his colleague did a much better job than was done at my last windshield job (which was at a repair facility belonging to the national, so-called "Safe..." glass company. Great job, treated well, good price. Tops!

Great ,friendly ,fast service!! Oh my…and they call before they come ahead of time to confirm everything , they were ON TIME too .Would definitely recommend to everyone . 10/10-The most affordable in Alabama , I received a quote from multiple different companies and theirs was the best.You definitely can’t beat it !!
