If I could give zero stars I would. The owner is very unprofessional. They do not keep their appointments. We made several appointments over the past few weeks and they never show nor call. Whenever you reach out, the owner says, “You didn’t get the voicemail?”, every single time without even knowing who is calling. The last time, the owner gave me a time window of “sometime today”. No show. I called back and asked for something more specific. He got upset, and told me to just go with someone else and hung up the phone in my face. Worst of all, I had already referred them to two other people based on work they did for me a few months back. They lost a repeat customer and referrals. The customer service is poor and he will run his business into the ground. I have known Jerry ever since he started his glass business years back, and has done every glass that I have replaced since I was 23 years old I will be 38 years old this year.. He started the company on his own and he was the one that would come and Install your glass himself which he still does today, Except now Mr Jerry has several well trained employees working with him and they all do a great job and they are always professional. Sometimes you might have to wait on getting a glass if it is one that is hard to find but you're not regret calling Jerry, He will not let you down.. Also Thank you for all your help Jerry through the years, All the replacements you have done for us, We really appreciate it and I hope everybody that reads this will call Mr. Jerry and see the professional work that he does.... What an Awesome and super nice family run business. I was scheduled originally with safelite glass and they cam to do my windshield and said they couldn't because there was an message on their computer that said something with the camera wasn't working and I had to go to Ford to get it cleared. FORD said no that had to be done by the window company. Needless to say someone told me I should go see the people at Jerry's and sure enough Jerry's was able to take of it by the next day. Definitely recommend!! I thought i had to go to Safelite since Progressive use them as their primary but not the case and I'm now 100% only ever using Jerry's.

Called up Jerry's Auto Glass Wednesday and asked for a quote on a 2015 Subaru Outback windshield with eyesight/lane assist. They said they would call me back, but must have lost my number. I called them on Monday and they got the quote and called me back with it. $250.(this may vary based on current prices) Subaru wanted >$800 for same windshield replacement. Jerry said he would meet me at a designated place and time. Two guys met me, hopped out of their van, and began replacing my windshield. In under 30mins I was able to pay with card and drive away. I'm very happy with the service. My lane assist/eyesight still work great.

I can't speak highly enough of Jerry's Auto! My vehicle was broken into, and they shattered the front passenger side window. I called around town, and Jerry's not only had the best price, but they were super responsive and kind. They came to me as soon as the glass was in (had to overnight from the dealer) and installed it within minutes. If you need their services for anything, don't call around — call them first. Unfortunately my front windshield in my 2020 car got hit by a rock & a crack happened and spread across my window. I knew I had to immediately get it taken care of. I called Jerry’s Auto Glass in Montgomery Al. He was very knowledgeable, vey professional, price was fair & most importantly he came to me! I called yesterday afternoon for an estimate to replace my windshield. The price quoted was unbelievable after getting 3 others. I tried to get quotes from 5 other companies two of which never called back, three took over 15 minutes to respond with outrageous prices. Jerry set up my appointment for 8AM today. Update: They have now replaced my dad’s windshield too. He was really pleased and amazed at how quickly they were able to get it done. Great guys. They have come out twice now to do a total of two windshields for our service trucks and a back lift up window for the suburban. They kept the area and vehicle clean and free of glass. They were also enjoyable to speak with. I hope I don’t need another piece of glass too soon but when I do it will certainly be this place that I call.

Lost molding around my windshield on a trip to Alabama. Had no clue what the horrendous noise was on the highway. Ran into Jerry's Auto Glass in the court parking lot while he was fixing another car. He took a look at mine and explained what was happening. While he assured me it was safe, he also gave me the confidence to drive over to the dealer and order the part.
