The true test of a business is how they react to a mistake. The first windshield replacement I had done wound up cracked some time between them doing it, and me getting to my car a few days later. (trucker) To make matters worse on my end, I then had car trouble in the way home, preventing me from immediately getting the glass fixed. Fast forward a week and a half, they replaced the cracked glass with little more than "Sorry." Truly professional. These guys have more than earned my future business.

I called last week and this was the cheapest repair with a lifetime warranty. $240 for my new windshield. Whoever answered the phone sounded so friendly and she was incredibly helpful. I ran a few minutes late today because I took a wrong turn. This didn't delay it at all long, surprisingly. Also, even worse.. I handed the keys to the mechanic and my truck wouldn't start. We just replaced the battery, alternator, and serpentine belt too. They checked my battery for me. He noticed the terminal leads had loosened; so he tightened the screws for me and then they went to work. It took them less than an hour to replace my windshield. Initial contact with A Precision, a rear view mirror had fallen in one of my cars. I stumbled across this shop while trying to get it fixed, I explained my issue, they requested I bring the car in, they fixed it at no charge and requested i rememder them. Fast forward 2 years. Gave them a call spoke to LaRevia, I explained my issue of a 32yr old car with a cracked winshield and a broken side pop out window that's nolonger made. they started the search for the popuot. they found and orded it. They gave me a ride home while they located and reaired my car and offered to pick me up if i couldn"t get a ride back, They replaced the popout and the winshield. On top of that, the initial person that helped me was new, and worked in finance. . The A Precision staff and quality of work gets an A++ in my book.

I drove a long way to A Precision Auto Glass because of their outstanding reviews...and they didn't disappoint! My car needed a new windshield, but had a ton of leaves and dirt under the cowl (at the base of the windshield). I knew most places probably wouldn't clean it out well. The techs had a lot of vacuuming and wiping to do. They also unplugged the drain holes on each side and installed the new windshield. The result? Rain and car wash water no longer accumulate on and in my car! 😊 Both the front desk ladies and the guys in the shop were kind and capable. So glad I found them; I definitely recommend this place!

Super friendly service, I mean, truly good-hearted people. My windshield replacement required a little more than the standard installation, but it didn't prevent them from working in a very expedient manner. From ordering the windshield, to dropping off my vehicle, to getting it back, was all very timely. Communication was great across the board, and the handling of the insurance side of things was painless. The owner even drove me to work after leaving my vehicle. Absolutely wonder service! My windshield cracked and within a day because of the cold weather i had a crack that extended the whole way across. Not wanting to deal Safelite because of a previously bad experience, my husband called Precision. They told me to head on in that morning and they could get me finished within 90 minutes. Great quality service and a very friendly team. Reba and Renee kept me company while i waited. It looked like when everything was finished they even gave my car a wash and a vacuum. In the event we need more glass work on our vehicles we will return.

From start of process to finish was a positive experience. I needed a special windshield and Amanda searched until she found it for my car. David brought me home while they worked on windshield and then picked me back up to go get car when they finished. He was very nice and professional and a good driver! Exceeded expectations. Not the first time we've used their repair services. They got us in as soon as we arrived, the customer service was excellent, and Renée in the front was the highlight of the experience.
