I have a BMW i3 that the driver's side back quarter window broke. (basically a very specific car with very expensive parts). Century BMW quoted me an outrageous price that was completely out of budget, they told me it would take 7+ hours of labor. I called AT LEAST 17 different shops in Hunstville/ Madison and no one would take it. The glass people would refer me to body shop people, and vise versa. Then I spoke with Jeremy at AAA... He looked up manufacturer manuals... he contacted other people in the industry... and he got back to me. He didn't leave me high and dry like the other places. He said he'd give it a go and that with his 27 years of experience that he was very confident he'd get it done, even tho 3 of the body panels needed to come off the vehicle to insert the glass. Anyhoo. He was very fast, great communication, did a great job, price was more than fair and I wished they were the first place that I called! I would recommend AAA to everyone 10/10.

Thank you for taking care of my windshield repair. You made taking care of my car easy for me. I had a small peck from a rock and I was afraid it could spread out and completely ruin my whole windshield. I filed a claim with my insurance online and they sent me to the Safelite website to schedule my appointment. It was very convenient to pick out a day and time for my service that worked with my work schedule. Safelite sent me text reminders about my appointment. When I checked in, it was a very short wait. My technician David was very friendly and explained everything to me. I was only there for a total of about 30 minutes before I was back on the road heading home. My out of pocket expense was $0 with my insurance. I am very happy with the entire process.
