I had a shattered back glass and was unable to drive my car and really needed it fixed. I called around to places that I had heard of but there was a wait and very expensive. My daughter found Scott’s auto glass business on FB, they have fantastic reviews which is huge to me! They got me in the very next day at a very reasonable price for the replacement window and labor! Everyone we talked to there was professional, helpful, and informed. They were very detailed in the job they did as well as doing a phenomenal job! I am so pleased and would highly recommend this business! I appreciate the professional job they did and the best customer service I’ve experiences have in a small business! Scotts Auto Glass was nothing but AMAZING! If I had to define work ethic, I must say that’s one thing about them that I love!! Michelle did a wonderful job on my vehicle/windshield repair. Not only will you get great service but they are very nice people and respectful! Go check them out and show them some major love. GIVE TIM A RAISE!!! I appreciate all of you. And the way Tim and Scott both just dropped everything they were doing to help out and make sure I was good to go had me in awe. My experience with Scott’s Auto Glass was the absolute best! From my phone call to set up the appointment to the entire time I was there I received top notch service. Tim kept me laughing the entire time I waited and truly is one of the kindest people I have ever met. The staff did a wonderful job with my windshield that needed to be replaced and I was in and out in an hour. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone and we will be customers for life.This is a small family owned business and you can tell they truly love and appreciate their customers.

My windshield took a rock hit while on vacation out of state. With the approach of winter conditions, I wanted to address the spider chip. I was referred to this family owned business by a service advisor. I called and they were able to get me within an hour. Upon arrival, the staff met me and immediately started working on my damaged windshield. The repair took less than 20 minutes and I was out the door. Every staff member that I met was inviting, welcoming and respectful. I will be referring others to this shop. Thanks for the repair.

I called to get a quote and they were able to get me in first thing the next day. I was very impressed with everyone I talked to and met with, including Steve and Tim. This service afforded me the opportunity to have my windshield replaced in a convenient and quick manner (exactly 45 minutes like they said), whereas a few other places told me I would need to leave my car. It was completely convenient and I was pleased with the service. I will be calling again to do more glass replacement in the future. Thank you.

I can’t tell you enough how overly satisfied I am with Scott’s auto glass. I called a few days ago to get a quote and schedule a windshield replacement and I had a very limited window of time that I would be available for the service to be completed. I came up there late in the day, thinking I'd only be able to get a quote and then have it done the next day. I was surprised to find that they could fix my windshield in 30 minutes and 50 bucks. It had just cracked and hadn't spread but it was still less than I was expecting. The folks up there were very polite and professional and took care of my windshield in a jiffy. Great experience overall and I always love to support a small business.

Window was not sealed properly. Had it redone. Wasn’t set in properly AGAIN and he broke a part on my brand new vehicle. Scott set it so low. I couldn’t see the vin#. Also, he uses a cheap sealant that pulled right off but he had it all over my white paint and on the inside on my interior. I ultimately had to have another company come clean up his mess and do the job right. I would give zero stars if I could. Sloppy sloppy.
