Recently I had to have my car's windshield replaced (rock thrown from large truck). Precision ordered the windshield from a local dealer, handled the insurance paperwork, installed it, and had me out within 90 minutes. More importantly, the replacement took place two days before all the rainy days we had courtesy of Hurricane Harvey. I have had no problems and don't expect to.

I had a lawnscaping company shoot a rock into my driver side window. This happened on a Friday morning. I travel a lot for work so I need my car to be road ready at all times. I called around to a few places and was told I'd have to wait until Monday for them to dispatch somebody to me and make the repairs. I made one call to Bay Auto Glass and spoke to a Mr. William. He was able to acquire a replacement window and have it installed that afternoon. Most of all, the job was done extremely fast and at the best price. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and family oriented. Mr. William doesn't treat you like just another customer but as a friend and that's the best business model. I definitely recommend Bay Auto Glass! They will always get my business!
