One of the worst experiences I've had with a local business. Was told they would send a person to my location at nine o'clock in the morning. Nine comes I call and they don't know who is coming or going. I am told the man assigned to me (John) will give me a call, he does a little after nine and tells me he'll see me in two hours. (Ok no problem things happen) A little past 11 and two hours have come and gone, I call "John", no answer. I call the shop, the original guy tells me he'll contact him to find out where he is. 30 minutes pass I call back and he tells me the guys schedule got mixed up and he'll be in my area around two. I would have tried to make it work but I had things to do which is why I scheduled this at 9 am. Guy says to me "want to cancel the appointment?" I say to the guy "....." I am impressed and pleased with the experience. They were unbelievably affordable. The process for getting my windshield replaced was very smooth. Tristan was thorough with setting up time to come by and put in the glass. He arrived on time and had the job completed within an hour. The staff are very pleasant to speak with and very professional. And it is quality work. 5 stars… I hope I don’t have to replace another window any time soon, but I’ll know who to call that situation arises again.

I’ve got a 2017 Kia Soul and Tony Bethune came out and replaced my windshield last month. Needless to say the weather strip came off and what not. I phoned them Monday 18th and Sherry contacted Tony and he was out here Tuesday afternoon. Tony took care for the rubber part and wiped off any Debry from the weather strip coming off. I'm sure they do good work. However I'll never know. The quote I received was nearly double every other glass place in Cullman, Decatur, Birmingham, Huntsville, Jasper, and Tuscaloosa. Trust me I called like 50 places and this was the highest quote I received

Left glass all inside my door from the old broken window. They were late. And they tried over charging me from the agreed on price once everything was finished. I WILL NOT use this company again. Will definitely go with someone else in the future.

Tony did an AWESOME JOB repairing our rear window. Came to our house to complete the repair. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. I'd give him more than 5 stars but that's all the app will allow.

They are friendly and helpful. They called when they said they would. Answered all my questions. Actually showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job, above and beyond what was expected.
