Our Ford F-150 back Doors wouldn’t open, so I came here to see if we could get them fixed The clerk behind the counter was nice and helpful. When the first guy came out, he didn’t say a worker to me and blasted out of th lobby to the truck with another guy in tow. No greeting. No introduction. It was like I didn’t exist. They stood outside my truck talking and going over the doors. I went outside since they were talking about my truck. They decided I needed to take it to the Ford dealer. They cannot fix it. Um..ok. So we are suppose to believe your shop can repair a wreck, but not fix non damaged doors. We are also suppose to believe you can get parts for vehicles when you send me to the dealership myself? Took our car in for the painting of a door and replace the driver's side mirror. They somehow came up with the conclusion that the vehicle was so damaged that the insurance company totaled out the car. If we knew they were gonna play these games we would have never taken the car to be fixed. It's too late now as it gets reported to your insurance and you have to get a DOT inspection. It's a huge hassle and totally unnecessary!! See picture to see just how ridiculous this is!! National General is not a good, IMO. Don't do business with these companies if you can avoid it. Shenanigans!!!

I dropped off my car at Gerber Collision and Glass this morning to get some work done. The folks made me feel like they truly care. Not simply about fixing your car, but how much they value you! Their service is respectful, loving and complete. Don't miss this folks! They take care of everything. I had my car in for repairs to a front quarter panel following a minor traffic incident. I picked the car up tonight, and I'm delighted with the job they did. Color matches perfectly, and it looks as good as new. Also, they got the job done several days earlier than what they'd indicated, which I really appreciate. I'm happy to be out of my rental car and back in my own vehicle. Hopefully I'll never need car body services again, but if I do I won't hesitate to bring it to this Gerber facility.ServicesBody & Trim

Attempted to get an estimate here and waited a good while before someone would come to the counter to assist me. After someone finally came after I called out, I was told that I had to have an insurance request. It was not an insurance claim. Then the guy said the estimate would not happen that day anyway. Not very friendly or accommodating. Poor customer service in my opinion.

I have been a loyal customer here, and even left very positive reviews in the past to help their business. Those reviews have now been deleted. I went in today to get an estimate and was told that they do not want my business unless I file an insurance claim. Obviously, the loyalty was only going one way, so I am now a former customer.

Had a great experience using Gerber Collison. They have a wonderful staff and really care about their customers. You don’t see that a lot these days I would highly recommend them. And would use them again if needed. Good people work at Gerber Collison. Shout out to to Peyton. His boss. And Shelly.

I got my car back sooner than expected and the car looked brand new! I was very pleased with their service. The staff was great and very professional! I hope you never have to get your car repaired, but I would highly recommend them if you ever do.
